Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Nope — we bring our own professional-grade, eco-friendly products and equipment. However, if you'd prefer we use your supplies, just let us know during booking (you'll receive a discount!).

What types of properties do you clean?
We offer cleaning for residential homes, commercial offices, and short-term rentals like Airbnb. You can view each service type under the Services tab.

Do you offer one-time or recurring cleanings?
Both! You can book a one-time deep clean or schedule recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service. We reward loyalty with discounts on regular service.

How do I book a cleaning?
You can book directly through our website by filling out our quote form, or call/text us. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email and/or text with all the details.

Are you insured?
Yes! We’re fully insured for your peace of mind. We also background check our team for added security and professionalism.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We get it — life happens. Just give us at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
How do payments work?
We accept major credit cards. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your slot, and the remaining balance is due the morning of your cleaning. Full payment upfront is also accepted. You’ll receive a secure invoice after service is completed (unless pre-paid).

Airbnb & Short-Term Rental FAQ
Do you restock supplies?
Yes — we restock paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, and welcome amenities if provided. Supply management available upon request.

Will you report damages or guest issues?
Absolutely. We’ll notify you of damages, missing items, or anything out of the ordinary with photo documentation if needed.

Do you change linens and towels?
Yes. We’ll strip used linens and replace them with clean ones you provide (or manage laundry if pre-arranged).

Can you accommodate same-day turnovers?
Yes, based on availability. We recommend pre-scheduling to secure peak season turnover slots.
